A Quick Snack

Needing a snack one day and it being the day before grocery day, I had to come up with something creative. This quick snack is so tasty, I have it all the time now. It is sweet and tart, chewy and crunchy all in one bite.
2 Tablespoons of dried cranberries
1 Tablespoon of mini semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 Tablespoon of chopped pecans
1 Tablespoon of toffee bits
Mix these up and you’re done.
Since cranberries are healthy, I doubled the quantity on those to justify the chocolate and toffee.
You don’t like cranberries? Substitute raisins.
Add sunflower seeds if you like. Shredded sweetened coconut might be a good idea, too.
I’m beginning to get a craving for another little snack!
